Aloha..
After almost two years of silence. Here I am again! *smiling while doing jazz hands*
I will try to post more these few days, but for now I'll just post this first.
I had this in my draft for years, and to be honest it's not even 100% completed yet. But you know what? I'll just add it as time goes by.
Oh, I also changed my theme for this blog. I'm going for a simpler, more sophisticated and reader friendly this time (IF anyone will read this). But for now the header image is still not customized with one of my photos yet. I'll get it done as soon as possible.
So this time around, I will talk about my first (official) job. I had a few part time jobs that I
maybe will talk about in future posts. But this one, this is my first office job.

I worked as a Junior Editor slash Writer slash Reporter slash Social Media Manager slash Liaison Officer at Majalah Ouch!. If you're not familiar with the name, I won't sue you, it was -and still is, I think- only distributed in (selected) high schools in 3 big cities in Java Island. Actually, I heard they already ceased the hard copy distribution of the magazine and only operates online currently. But I'm not 100% sure whether this is correct.
I wrote 3/4 of the articles there and also on the website. Check them out at
www.majalahouch.com. The latest posts are definitely not mine. Try search from April 2011 to October 2011, all of them are mine. But of course if you wanted to read all of my writing, it only exists in the magazines.
These are the people that I worked with there..

These are not everyone.. definitely..

Ok, so here's the deal.. Our company not only is a magazine/media office but also a below the line agency. We (We here stands for the agency team, not Ouch! team) do all sort of events for the client, we design the events, if the clients approve then we will make sure the event goes on smoothly. But sometimes, if the agency team lack of people to do the jobs, then other teams will
ordered to lend a hand. So these are the examples when we did an event for an annual meeting for our client..

I experience a whole lot of things there, and I'm so thankful that I went there to work. I mean really, it's the best first job that I could've asked for. The people are so nice and fun, and the job allowed me to go to music concerts for free. :)
Why I leave the job then? Hmm.. I just feel that I should leave before too late. Too late for what? I personally did not know. All I know that I just have to go. So I go. With a heavy heart of course..
I will end part 1 here. I need to find more photos of this era in my old computer or in my Facebook account. The former I'm not even sure whether it can still be ON again and the latter I rarely open. 😅
Until the next post!
